I authorize Tectri Finance to:
- verify my employment, income, and identity,
- contact my employer, guarantor, references, or financial institutions,
- conduct lawful affordability and risk assessments,
- send repayment reminders through SMS, phone calls, or email,
- and process my information for credit evaluation purposes.
I understand that:
- Loan approval is subject to assessment,
- Late repayment may attract lawful penalties,
- Providing false information may result in rejection or legal action,
- Tectri Finance reserves the right to decline any application following affordability and risk assessment.
Late Payment & Default Notice: Repayments are due on or before agreed dates. A 5-day grace period applies before late charges are enforced. Loans below K2,000 may attract a fixed late payment fee of K150; loans from K2,000–K10,000 may attract K500. Continued default may attract an administrative recovery fee of K100 per week, subject to the loan agreement and applicable laws. Tectri Finance reserves the right to engage guarantors, initiate lawful recovery procedures, and enforce any pledged security in the event of continued default.
