LOAN TERMS

Loan Terms & Conditions

Framework for customer-facing loan agreements

1. Application and approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Tectri Finance may verify the information provided and assess identity, affordability, credit risk, repayment capacity, security and other applicable criteria before making a decision.

2. Loan products

These are configured product rates for the current system build. The signed loan agreement and applicable law control the final terms.

3. Calculator rates

The public calculator supports a weekly illustration of 20% for 1 week, 30% for 2 weeks, 40% for 3 weeks and 50% for 4 weeks. It also supports a standard monthly illustration of 50% per month. A one-time service charge of 2% of principal is included in the calculator.

Calculator results are estimates only and are not an offer of credit. Before production launch, Tectri Finance must confirm that every advertised rate, fee and term is permitted for the applicable licence and regulatory framework.

4. Repayment

The loan agreement will state the principal, applicable interest, fees, repayment dates, instalment amounts, payment channel and maturity date. Customers must repay according to the agreed schedule.

5. Default

Tectri Finance may issue reminders and pursue lawful recovery where a payment is missed. Default handling will be based on the signed agreement and applicable law. Tectri Finance will not use unlawful harassment, threats, disclosure of customer debt to unrelated persons, or unlawful compounding of interest.

6. Security and guarantors

Where a guarantor or security is required, the relevant agreement will describe the guarantor’s obligations or security terms. Security is not automatically required for every product.

7. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, promptly update material changes, protect account credentials, use approved payment channels and retain evidence of payments.

8. Changes

Product pricing and terms may change for future applications. Existing loans remain governed by their signed agreements unless a lawful variation is agreed.
