Tectri Finance (“Tectri Finance”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides digital loan application and account services. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information when you use our website, application process and customer portal.

2. Information we collect

Depending on the service you request, we may collect contact information, identity information, date of birth, residential information, employment or business information, income and expense information, banking or mobile-money details, loan and repayment information, guarantor information, documents and communications with our staff.

We collect information that is necessary for account administration, KYC/identity verification, affordability assessment, fraud prevention, loan processing, repayment administration, customer support and legal or regulatory obligations.

3. Information we do not automatically collect

Tectri Finance does not represent that it will read your SMS messages, inspect your complete installed-app list, access your contact list, or access your photo library merely because you use our website. Any future device permission will be requested separately, explained before use, and implemented only where lawful and necessary.

4. How we use information

• Process and assess loan applications.
• Verify identity, income, employment, business information and supporting documents.
• Assess affordability and credit risk and prevent fraud.
• Disburse and administer approved loans and record repayments.
• Send service messages, payment reminders and security notices.
• Maintain audit records and meet applicable legal obligations.
• Handle complaints, disputes and lawful recovery activity.

5. Sharing

We may use carefully selected service providers for hosting, payment processing, communications, identity verification, security and technical support. We may disclose information where required or permitted by law. We do not sell customer personal information.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. Access is limited according to business need and role permissions.

7. Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, for active account and loan administration, and for applicable legal, accounting, regulatory, dispute and limitation requirements. When information is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, object to or request deletion or transfer of personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Existing contractual or repayment obligations are not cancelled by a data-deletion request.
